治療事例
ギックリ腰の治療事例です。
30代 男性
数日前から腰に違和感を感じるも自分で運動などして治そうと軽いジョギングなどをして様子を見る。
しかし腰の状態は変わらず益々ひどくなる、又仕事が立ち仕事なので我慢して仕事をこなしていたが、ついに椅子から立ち上がるのも困難になり来院。
来院された時はすでにS字に腰が曲がっており右下肢に痛みも伴っていた状態。
さて、どこを治療したら良いか患者さんの身体にきいていると首の方に手が引かれる。
身体全体を傾聴し抑制検査をしてもやはり首に手が引かれるので患者さんの身体が教えてくれる通り後頭環椎間をリリース
バイオダイナミクスで全体の体液の質が均質になるのを待って終了。
治療後は少し動きが改善するもまだS字の状態。
三日後に次回の予約
二回目に来院された時は顔色が良く治療を受けた数時間後に身体が楽になりお風呂にも入れたとの報告を受ける。
再度、全体のバランスをチェックし治療点を患者さんの身体にきいていると左足首に引かれる。
足首のどこが一番制限を受けているか確認すると、距骨と踵骨に一番制限があったのでリリース。
少し側頭骨も気になったが、バイオダイナミクスで体液が全体に満たされる感じて終了。
治療後S字もほとんどなくなり背骨の弾力性も出てきていたので、
1週間後に三回の予約
三回目の来院時には全く動きに制限がなくなり患者さん曰くほぼ完治との事
しかし全体をチェックしてみると左下腹部に引かれるので骨盤をチェック、左仙腸関節に制限を感じる
仙腸関節が解放される治療点を抑制検査していくと側頭骨に行くので側頭骨をリリース
その際、腹部が動き出しているのを感じながら側頭骨を操作、側頭骨が完全に解放されると同時に腹部も音を立てながら動きが収まる。
最後にバイオダイナミクスを行い終了。
ギックリ腰は、この様に腰から離れた場所が原因となっておこっているものが結構多く見られます。
その場合、腰にいくら刺激を与えても症状の変化は期待できません。
