徳島での5日間のセミナーも終わり
又通常通りの生活を送っています
今回の先生はアメリカから来られた
エリザベス キャロンD.O
オステオパシーはアメリカ発祥の医学です
よってアメリカでは医師はM.D（メディカルドクター）とD.O（ドクターオブオステオパシー）にわかれます。
日本ではオステオパシーは「代替療法」「癒し」といった位置付けですが
アメリカでは外科医、内科医、産科、小児科などの様々な分野と連携してオステオパシーも行われています。
今回のエリザベス先生も救急救命など様々な現場での経験をお持ちで
現在も病院に勤務し学生の指導に当たられているそうです。
外科手術の後立ち上がる前にオステオパシーの施術を施したり
退院前にもオステオパシーの施術を施してから退院させる事等のお話しもとても参考になりました。
病院でメディカルチェックと合わせてオステオパシーの「手による施術」を患者さんが受けられる時代が日本にもやってくるといいなぁ〜と思いました。
今回の内容も胎生学を中心に動的な成長や発達
それと同時にオステオパシーの真髄である
「静寂」「休息」「待つ事」「ニュートラル」
「リバランス」「健全」「平和な無関心」等
それぞれ一つ一つをワークの中で説明してくださいました。
やはりオステオパシーは人生そのものだと思います
静かな環境で静寂を感じ待つ事で全ての情報を感じる事が出来る
そこで正しい方向を向いてる時は軽くて楽しい
間違った方向を向いる時は重くて苦しい
これ、人生そのものですよね。
今の環境が苦しくて重ければ間違った方向を向いてるかもしれない
そしたら一旦休んで健全を感じてみてください
楽な方に導いてくれますから
オステオパシーは患者様にその自然と繋がる手助けをしているに過ぎないのです。
