昨日は、毎月定例のオステオパシー誇張法のセミナーに行ってきました。
当院で行うオステオパシーは誇張法というとてもソフトな治療で患者さんに負担をかけません
主に関節の動きやすい方に動かして関節を解放していくのですが
けして関節だけをみてるのではなく大事な事はそこから患者さんの身体が何を求めているのかを手で感じ取り情報を受取り
それが筋膜の解放を求めていれば筋膜に、内臓や脈管系ならそちらにアクセスをしていきます
あくまでも我々術者の意図ではなく、患者さんの身体から発せられる情報を受取り患者さんの身体が必要としている事を行っていきます。
その様な治療を行う事で身体の治る力を導き出しより自然的な身体になっていくのです^_^
ここが一番大事なんだなぁ～✌️
治療は『気づき』なのでそこに気づかないといつまでたっても治らない状態が続いてしまいます
