食後の果物

食後のデザートに果物を食べる方結構多いと思います。
しかし果物は胃の中が空っぽの時に食べる事をお勧め致します。
何故ならば、果物に含まれる有機酸と胃液が反応して、有害な酸に変わるからです。
本来、果物は胃で消化される必要が無いので、食後10分もすれば腸に移行します。
しかし食後に果物を食べると、胃の中で長い間留まる事になり、
結果、果物の有機酸と胃酸が反応する事により、変質し胃袋の内容物を腐敗させるのです。
その結果、ゲップが出たり、胃がもたれたりするのです。
特に、リンゴや柑橘類は有機酸を多く含むので、食べ方やタイミングには注意が必要です。
リンゴは焼きリンゴにして食べると良いですよ。
柑橘類はあまり沢山食べ過ぎると、口の中の粘膜や胃壁がただれ、胃炎や逆流性食道炎の原因にもなります。
食後に食べても大丈夫な果物は、ドライフルーツ、焼きリンゴ、バナナ、マンゴー、等の有機酸をあまり含まない果物か
パパイヤ、パイナップル等の消化酵素を含む物も良いでしょう。
皆さん、誤解しないで下さいよ！リンゴや柑橘類が駄目なんじゃ無いですよ！
これらの果物は空腹時に食べる事でスムーズに身体への栄養が供給されるという事ですからね^_^
