短所と長所

皆さんは、ご自分の短所と長所どちらが答えやすいですか？
多くの方は、短所の方がすぐに頭に浮かぶのではないでしょうか？
日本人の多くは短所を直ぐに答えるそうですが
欧米人の多くは長所を直ぐに答えるそうです
別にどちらが正しい訳では無いと思います。
ただ相手に対しても良い所よりも悪い所が目に付きやすいですよね
特に嫌な相手に対しては、相手の弱点を見つけ指摘する事により相手より有利に成ろうとする。
オステオパシーは先ず病変部を見つける事より正常な部分（健全）を見つける事が最も重要となります。
健全が広がって行くさまを我々オステオパスは確認するのです。
人に対しても、相手の良い所が見れる様に自分自身が変わらなければ今より成長出来ないですね^_^;
決して妥協しろと言う事ではなく自分自身の魂を磨き、深い位置に心を置ける様に訓練をする。
難しい事ですが訓練してみます！
